Small & Medium Scooters (class 2)
The small & medium scooters that are classed as pavement scooters or class 2 and have a maximum speed of 4mph/6kph are fully inspected and then reboxed in the manufacturers packaging. They are then expressed delivered free of charge to your door Monday-Friday and come with the easy instructions on how to assemble the seat and connect the batteries. At this time it is useful to have an able bodied person to help. Customers are required to inspect all goods as soon as possible for damage to either the packaging or the goods and if possible noted on the couriers documentation on delivery as our couriers insist damage is reported to us as soon as possible. In all cases, damage to goods are to be reported at the earliest opportunity.
Saturday delivery available upon request for an additional charge of £20.00.
Large Scooters (class 3) Powerchairs & Riser Recliners
With our customer care policy in mind all large class 3 scooters 6-8mph/10-12kph and powerchairs are delivered by a fully trained engineer who will demonstrate your purchase by way of a driving lesson and a comprehensive explanation of all the controls answering any questions that may concern you.
Small & Medium Scooter (class 2) Delivery Upgrade
We are able to offer an upgraded delivery service for the small & medium scooters (class 2) which comprises of an identical service to that of the large scooters for an additional charge of £120 which must be selected at the time of ordering. Simply click on the drop down box titled warranties on the product page and select the delivery upgrade option.
All other products
All other Products purchased from mobilityshopuk.com are delivered FREE of charge, again the only exception will be if a Saturday delivery is required and then the additional £20.00 charge will apply
