If i buy on-line are all my details secure?
Yes HSBC use the most up to date card holder payment system, e-secure payment whereby when you place an order your card details are encrypted and sent to the HSBC server for authentication therefore card holders have the added confidence of a guarantee that their payment details will not be divulged to any third party including mobilityshopuk.Customer confidence-payment is handled by a principle member of the HSBC group one of the worlds largest financial organisations.
When will i recieve my goods?
mobilityshopuk.com staff will make every effort to get your product to you within 3-5 working days, sometimes our distributors can be out of stock due to the popularity of an item and therefore delivery can take up to 14 days, should this be the case we will inform you immediately.
Delivery, is it FREE?
Yes absolutely delivery is FREE on all products, the only exception being the upgraded delivery option for scooters that has an additional charge (see delivery page for further information)
Are there any hidden charges?
All prices shown are excluding VAT as nearly all our customers may qualify for zero-rating VAT. For further information please go to our zero-rated VAT page.
Do i require insurance?
No its not compulsary to have insurance although in a litigation society you may be well advised to cover yourself. mobilityshopuk.com would always recommend as part of our customer awareness an insurance policy should be taken out. mobilityshopuk.com staff will be happy to talk you through our £2million public liability insurance with many additional features.
